Not a GC but another similar tech - employee error issue. I did Lands End Return using "Happy Returns" option at a Ulta store. I have done this a 1/2 dozen times before. WELL I find out, no refund went thru. Ultra said call Happy, Happy said go to Ulta, no help there, Then Happy said go back and make Ulta pull security tapes of ME doing the return, Ulta says NO. Finally I Called Lands End, and they will issue a refund anyway!
Happy implied it was my fault for not waiting in the store until the email arrived, it comes right away. My bad I guess?? So somehow I should have known this? (obviously Ulta employee made a mistake- you get no paper receipt for these returns.)
