DVC owner since 2001. I’ve rented multiple times with references available.

To check availability, please provide the following information:

• Resort wanted;
• Check-in and check-out dates;
• Room type;
• View preference, if applicable.

Once availability is confirmed and you want to continue with the booking, I’ll need the following information which you can send in a PM:

• Names of everyone in your party, including Mr., Mrs., Ms.;
• Age of anyone 17 or younger at the time of arrival;
• Your home address;
• Your cell phone #;
• Your email address;
• Any special occasions being celebrated, i.e. birthday, anniversary.

Once the reservation is confirmed, I require half the total amount within 15 days. The remaining half is required at least 60 days before the arrival date. Payment by check, Zelle, or PayPal is accepted. If using PayPal, any option other than “Pay a Friend” using a bank account will require adding 3% to the total amount to cover fees.

Hi, Mandy. The only contiguous 7-night stretch I see for a studio is at Grand Floridian starting June 11. I can't tell if more than one studio is available, though. If this date/location works, I can call DVC to verify the availability of the 2nd studio.

I have confirmed multiple rooms are available for June 11 through 18, 7 nights. To clarify, these would be a resort studio, preferred view. My understanding is these are standard hotel rooms in the GF that were designated for DVC use and don't contain the kitchenette feature. There are two queen beds along with a single pull-down bed. Points would be 164/room. Thanks...Jeff
