Orlando Airport MCO to Sanford Airport SFB - Cheapest Way - Shuttle, Uber/Lyft, Taxi?

We got everything worked out. For $10, my daughter changed her flight home from her work trip in Chicago to Orlando MCO. She'll get there the afternoon before the rest of the bridesmaids.

Booked Happy Limo - I'd read that it is sometimes hard to confirm an Uber from MCO to the Sanford area. Drivers don't want to go that far and often cancel when they don't have a confirmed passenger on the return trip. Plus the ride can cost anywhere from $60 to $120 one way. A rental car didn't really work because she's only 24, and she's flying home from a different airport. Those extra costs added up quickly. So I booked Happy Limo. She has a confirmed ride with a background checked driver for just a few dollars more than an Uber might cost.

Booked hotel on points for Thursday night - She'll stay there until the rest of the bridal party arrives at Sanford SFB on Friday morning. They've already hired a driver. The hotel we booked her in is in Sanford and on the way to Daytona, so they'll swing by and pick her up on their way there.

Booked a flight home from Daytona Airport - Again the other girls have already hired a driver. They'll drop her off at Daytona Airport on their way to Sanford Airport for their own flights.

It worked out perfectly! I booked it on line, but then my daughter had to change her flight, so I called them to give them the new flight arrival time. While I was on the phone, I was able to change my booking to a smaller less expensive vehicle as well. The online booking system only let me book a larger class of vehicle. I would definitely call them to book your reservation versus booking on line because you’ll have more options that way.

The driver met my daughter at the airport on time, was courteous and professional, and got her safely to her hotel. Highly recommend!
