I received a survey email today after recently selling some points. I don't know if anyone else very posted this:

In the spirit of continuous improvement, we at Disney Vacation Club are seeking to better understand our Members and their Membership experiences. Specifically, we’re interested in experiences among those who have recently sold Disney Vacation Club Points, whether or not they are still Disney Vacation Club Members.


Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used by the Disney Destinations Research team to understand your opinions and help to build better products and services to meet the needs of consumers like you.
