Yes. I did say in my OP that without the Rakuten cash back I saved almost 11%.Thank you for explaining. When posting the percent of savings, it is probably best to just post the amount you saved off the actual amount paid and not include money applied from saving elsewhere. Otherwise, it confuses everyone to how you get such a large amount of savings.
For example, if you had $50 in Rakuten dollars that you earned from buying goods and used that to buy a $50 gift card, it would get very confusing to post that you had saved 100% on the gift card.

And important for some is that the Thursday night NFL games are on Prime so you may want to turn it on to maximize which games someone in the household wants to see.View attachment 914378
Prepare for Amazon’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday
Amazoni often has several gift card promotions during their Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale and some are lightning deals.
Get Free or Discounted Amazon Prime
Anyone can join Prime for $14.99 per month or $139 per year. But you can also just start a free 30-day trial if eligible at amazon.com/prime. That should be enough to cover the holiday shopping season even if you don’t want to pay for the membership.
Additionally, young adults and higher education students of any age can try Prime with a six-month trial at amazon.com/joinstudent, then pay a discounted rate of $7.49 per month or $69 per year for a membership.

I don't necessarily use or track which sites pay for using Rakuten for Disney GC purchases. I use Rakuten when I shop online in general. I then use some (or all) of that cash back money when Rakuten pays out to buy Disney gift cards - effectively free Disney gift cards - which brings my %age saved up. If I take the cards I bought "free" with Rakuten payouts out of the equation, I saved around 11%.
I think that too! There are normally a few posts each week where I think, "I wish I lived closer to _________" LOLOne thing this thread shows me.... just how many retailers there are out there that I've never seen or heard of in my little corner of the world.

Already on Post #2Those of you with the amex offer for best buy, if you are looking for DGC, I'd maybe hold off until next week. Last year Best Buy had 15% off - $50 cards for $42.50, but you did need the membership.

There was a 12x that hit Sunday afternoon(2:30-3:00?) that I was able to snag.
