Thank you for explaining. When posting the percent of savings, it is probably best to just post the amount you saved off the actual amount paid and not include money applied from saving elsewhere. Otherwise, it confuses everyone to how you get such a large amount of savings.

For example, if you had $50 in Rakuten dollars that you earned from buying goods and used that to buy a $50 gift card, it would get very confusing to post that you had saved 100% on the gift card.

I don't necessarily use or track which sites pay for using Rakuten for Disney GC purchases. I use Rakuten when I shop online in general. I then use some (or all) of that cash back money when Rakuten pays out to buy Disney gift cards - effectively free Disney gift cards - which brings my %age saved up. If I take the cards I bought "free" with Rakuten payouts out of the equation, I saved around 11%.

I was hoping maybe there were still some sites out there where Cashback was working with GC purchases reliably, but like others have said - that may have been the case in the past but seems to have been "fixed" in most cases unfortunately.

I understood exactly what you meant in your first post. I appreciated you saying you used your Rakuten cash back to buy more gift cards, for some reason it never occurred to me to do that.

There was a 12x that hit Sunday afternoon(2:30-3:00?) that I was able to snag.

Thanks for that info, it looks like Pepper now releases the boosts at 10:30AM and at 2:30PM. Unfortunately, I didn't get on my phone until 3:00PM and the Sams Club boost must have gone up at 2:30PM and was sold out.

Being a high school teacher, officially we are not allowed to have our phones on when students are present, although I see many other teachers doing it.
