Is there a way to add Amex offers to multiple cards? It has prevented me from doing this when I've tried before.

No, there is not. I was able to get the offer on 7 cards since I added my mother, father, 3 sisters and 2 nieces as authorized users on my 3 Amex cards. (interestingly enough, my father died around 5 years ago, but I had him as an authorized user from before then and they only check the ss # when issuing the card, I guess).

Sometimes it pays to have a large family and to actually be on speaking terms with them

FYI, some Dollar Generals won’t take credit cards for gift cards. The ones by me are cash only. No idea why.

I second that, every Dollar General in my area is cash only for gift cards. I find that Dollar General more than any other chain store is cash only for gift cards. I would recommend calling first and asking before making a special trip out to them.
