Finally got a Target Circle: 2-$85 for $15 rewards. Purchased 2 separate orders for $100 eDGC. Everything worked fast, and I received the reward. 12.5% savings, not bad at all. Need spending money on the ship.

Yes, thanks for clarifying. I was mixing it up with an e gift card offer for purchasing certain products. So are the rewards based on the price before the 5% discount, and do those rewards expire?

Yes the rewards are based on the price before the 5% discount. I haven't seen that the rewards expire but I tend to spend them fairly quickly. They just get added to your circle account.

So if I purchase a $100 card and pay $95 with my Red Card, this will count as a $100 purchase for purposes of the promotion? Mine is $40 for four purchases of $100. Thanks.

Yes, as long as it is not a Target card. If it is a Disney card, buy 1, $100 card for $95 with your red card, 4 times and you will see the circle rewards post. Remember the circle rewards can not be used to buy gift cards.

I haven't seen that the rewards expire

If you earn more it resets the expiration date.
