Need Rainforest Cafe Safari club application

I am wondering if there is anyone that is in the orlando area that would be kind enough to go to the Rainforest Cafe and get me a Safari club application. I want to join before we go. You can not join online or over the phone. It is a great deal. You get a free appetizer every visit or a discount on your meal. We are planning to go once during our trip in september.
Let me know if you would be willing to pick up an application for me and mail it to me. I will be glad to reimburse you!!! I can PM you my info.

I went and bought mine Monday, I stopped in at the giftshop and bought it before the meal. Then, used the temp card they gave me at the meal.


BTW - if you're only going to use it once, it may not be a good deal for you. It's $15 to join, and you get the $10 gift card as a thank you with your permanent card 8-10 weeks later. However, it never expires, so even if you use it just once a year, eventually you've gotten your money back...

I don't know if there is a link or not, but you can go to Rainforestcafe.com.

However, each meal you get either a free appetizer or 10% off of the entire meal bill. You normally get priority seating, but during really busy times this may not be true. It also works at T-Rex Cafe and I belive all other Landry's restaurants. They periodically send you coupons in the mail. I have had mine for 10+ years and I love it. I purchased it at Disney and then I used it at the Rainforest Cafe in KC when it opened and later at the T-Rex Cafe when it opened in KC. They are supposed to be opening a T-Rex Cafe in Downtown Disney sometime in the near future. The one in KC was the first and they used it to test the market.

You will love it!

P.S. All of the Rainforest Cafes are slowly adding Build-A-Bear (Build-A-Rainforest Friend) to their stores and it gives you a 10% discount on all merchandise not including the Build-A-Bear items in the store.

We joined at the restaurant last time and were able to use the temp card right away.

$15 is a small price to pay to get almost immediate seating plus discounts!

So the $15 is just a one-time fee, not an annual fee? I should have done this long ago if that's the case. And the applications are at DTD? If so, I'll have to tell my brother to get a few and send them to me, and then I would be able to distribute some if they were still needed.

Yes, it is a one time fee. I got mine when they first came out and at that time you instantly got a $10 gift card and then another $10 card to use at a later date. Then your card came in the mail. We used all $20 on that first trip, but that was 10 years ago and I have never paid a fee since, but it has saved me a lot of money. The plates of food are huge and my DH and I share a meal while my DD eats the coconut chicken fingers appetizer for her meal. It works out great! Good luck!

They will give you a temporary card you can use for your meal the same day you sign up. You do it at the gift shop or tell your waiter you want to join. I never got my permanent card just the temporary one.
