OMG Lisa! That’s a blast from the past! I can’t believe I went to that concert 40 years ago today at Maple Leaf Gardens.
So crazy how time flies! Those were the days. I remember slinking through the door at 4am. Now, I’m not sure if I’ll get off the couch tonight. lol.

You know, I saw Platinum Blonde in August. They opened for Billy Idol. And they still sounded pretty good.

You know I would have guessed I was 14 or 15. Out of it as I was 17.

I do love though that I thought it was absolutely possible that I was carousing around downtown at 14 or 15 late at night, with no one blinking an eye. The days.

Yes Platinum Blonde, how frustrating it must have been not to push through in the States. Both bands were talented enough to get air play .
