Looking for some advice. I am going for our basically first trip to wdw after many at Disneyland. After booking I realized that we are going over mothers day. Is it normally crazy? I made a reservation for magic kingdom, not sure if that is the best park or not for that day. Any ideas on special meals or anything for mothers day? Thank you!

I'm curious about this as well. We'll be there the week leading up to Mother's day and a bit on that day.

Mother's Day has virtually no affect on crowd-level, one way or the other.

We were there for Mother’s Day 2019, was a great week, didn’t notice a change in crowds from the previous Sunday. They gave flowers to moms at rope drop when we were there

One of those questions that gets asked every year.
(Like, "Does the Super Bowl affect park attendance?" [It doesn't.])

Lots of experienced observation.

I would dig into Magic Kingdom dining and pick the one that sounds best to you since it's your day! For me personally I would definitely say breakfast at the Castle it's been my favorite MK meal experience so far in both quality of food + environment/ambience.

I have been in MK for Mother's Day in 2018 and 2019. The crowd level did not seem to be excessive. This year I will be in Epcot for a change.

Probably because people new to wdw come every year 🤷‍♀️
