Well, you are getting “offended” about a product that you don’t have to purchase…. so….Thank you, captain obvious.

I have a June UY by myself and DH and I are on a Oct UY together. I purchased the MMB, but DH has not. If I buy the OTU points do I have to specify which membership they go with or does member services get to pick? (Or, does it go with the membership that the other points used to make the reservation is being made?) Have you been able to tell from your past OTU purchases?
So I paid of this but have no idea how to see it anywhere. How do I see it?
Did anyone ask why international owners wasn’t included? From the meetings this week, it seems like they are really trying to increase the perks/extras we have.

Do we know if the point purchasing the AP need to have some life left to them, holding status restrictions? Or can they be 1 week from expiring? I could see that aspect being pretty helpful to some that might have points expiring for unintended reasons. It won't work for everyone and obviously all owners have to evaluate if the value is there for them. But, the savings is there for what you get. Being able to use my points for an AP, especially now that I know I can transfer points between my memberships to use it....not having to just choose all from one...makes it even better!!

https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/faq/membership-magic-beyond/wdw-disney-sorcerer-passThey have to be eligible for trading like Disney collection. But, nothing about whether the rule of 4 will apply for this like it does for those.

Q: Does the Rule of Four apply to purchasing or renewing a Disney Sorcerer Pass with Vacation Points?
A. No, the Rule of Four does not apply.
So I hope you can use banked, expiring, or holding points if they are direct or grandfathered
I hope so. The FAQ mentions borrowed points but not banked. And nothing about points in holding. But if the rule of 4 doesn't apply then hopefully they are good to go. Hopefully they add it to the FAQ or someone clarifiesShould of checked there…I know banked and borrowed can be used…and I know you can transfer points between your memberships to do so.
My guess is that this supports all points could be used.

But you could always buy a new pass right? Which would still be better than points going to waste.Should of checked there…I know banked and borrowed can be used…and I know you can transfer points between your memberships to do so.

ETA: Someone renewing would still need to be within the 60 day window to a renew their pass, so that could make some points difficult.

I have 100 2024 UY points that expire on Feb 1st.Yes! You can do that!! And for the extra 10 points, if they are use or lose, it’s worth it!!
