I wanted to report back for those of you that are looking for a great burger at Disney World, that the Yak and Yeti restaurant has just begun testing a Kobe beef burger at the restaurant. It is not yet on the menu, but I ate it on Sunday after it was described by our waiter. It is a large juicy burger on a ciabatta roll. You may choose an asian slaw with a soy based mayo (which is what I ordered) or mushrooms. I ordered it medium; it came out about medium to medium rare, which was perfect. I forgot to take a picture before I ate most of it, but I can tell you that it was really, really delicious, and may be the best burger I've ever had, that I haven't made myself.
A manager came over to talk to me, wanting to know how I liked the burger. I told her that I loved it, and asked what was in the mayo. (Soy sauce, sesame oil, and scallions). She wasn't quite sure of everything so she went back to the kitchen and asked. When she came back out, she also mentioned that they will be rolling out a new chicken wing dish next week as well.
