Anybody know ruffly how much money is at the bottom of the ride "Its a Small World" There is a TON! Im thinking atleast $1000. Does anybody know what they do with it?
I was wondering that as well! I hope they give it to charity. Do they even take it out? Perhaps only if it's interfering with the ride? Some of it looks like it's been in there for ages!
I dont think they take it out. I rode it right after they redid it, (like a month after it reopened) and there was TONS of money in there. Way too much to accumulate in one month.
We were just riding Small World last weekend, and discussing the same thing!!!
I say it has to be way more than $1000. Friends just rolled their change from a water jug and got $1200. A couple of years ago we rolled from about 1/3 of a 5 gallon water jug and got over $800.

What is in there right now couldn't have been there for too long, because they had to remove all of the change when the rehab occurred a couple of years ago.
As a seasoned Disney(er) I love FL(in general) and WDW
our 23rd trip coming up in 8 days, and relatives/friends
always ask us WHY??? on alot of things about our trips.
I wouldnt touch the money period...There is probably somesort of hex around it...You take any of that money, odds are splash mountain will shut down when you are next in line after a 60min wait in mid June.
