Anybody know ruffly how much money is at the bottom of the ride "Its a Small World" There is a TON! Im thinking atleast $1000. Does anybody know what they do with it?

Profits!!!!!! LOL

They probably give it to charity....I don't know how much is there.....

I was wondering that as well! I hope they give it to charity. Do they even take it out? Perhaps only if it's interfering with the ride? Some of it looks like it's been in there for ages!

My sister chucked a whole load in there last year, said she was making wishes bless her.

I dont think they take it out. I rode it right after they redid it, (like a month after it reopened) and there was TONS of money in there. Way too much to accumulate in one month.

HAHA!!!

We were just riding Small World last weekend, and discussing the same thing!!!

I say it has to be way more than $1000. Friends just rolled their change from a water jug and got $1200. A couple of years ago we rolled from about 1/3 of a 5 gallon water jug and got over $800.

Well in that case....$50,000?????

On the Family Magic Tour last year, our guide CM told us that all money dropped in Cindy's well or any of the rides is given to Charity

Yes it is counted and % of it is removed on a yearly basis. This must be done for tax purposes. Now what they do with it, I couldn't tell you.

What is in there right now couldn't have been there for too long, because they had to remove all of the change when the rehab occurred a couple of years ago.

Actually it re-opened just in March of last year and we where there 2 days later and there was plenty of money on the ground.

About 2 years ago Disney had a Master Diver position available and part of the discription was fountain and low water level area maintance.

Disney also donated $600,000 to Central FL School and $2.5 Million to Katrina Victims, $500,000 to Museum of Broadcast Communication
