how long from MCO to Pop Century

Just curious if anyone knows about how long it takes to get from MCO to Pop Century using Magical Express. We land at 12:18 and are trying to get to Epcot by 3:30 or 4. Is it physically possible to make it to the hotel, check in and get to the park in that amount of time?

25 to 35 mins from the time Disney releases the bus you are on.

POP is usually a first, or at worst second stop.

Sounds like a tight squeeze to me but possibly doable.

If you land on time at 12:18, it will be at least 12:30 before you get to the land side of MCO and check-in at the ME desk. From there you have to wait until the bus loads (anywhere from 0 to 20 minutes) and the drive from MCO to WDW (about 30 minutes). Once at WDW, you may not be the first stop so add say 15 minutes. At this point it would be between 1:30 and 2:00. Do you need to check-in first? If so, add another 10-30 minutes depending on lines. After that your are free to catch the bus from Pop to Epcot.

From the time we arrived at the DME counter until the time we arrived at the Pop counter (Yes, we were the 4th stop -- after AKL and 2 All Star stops) was 1 1/2 hours!!! Our return time from WL was 30 minutes. BIG difference!!!
