Karin, I thought of you and Tom a lot this afternoon. I have friends who sailed this afternoon on the Magic (actually, I had contemplated accompanying them but thought better of it given my current state of health), so we went down to the water to see the ship sail off. Here's a link to some of my pics (right now only the phone pics are there).

Hello from Nassau!!!!!!!!

First things first ...... we got through the storm a-okay. Just had to switch Nassau and sea day! They had pirates menu yesterday, but will have the party today because it was raining cats and dogs (sea day) yesterday.
Otherwise ..... a little choppy seas, but everything else is fine. Nassau is overcast today and we already enjoyed one day at CC and have another one coming tomorrow. Captain Gus (who loves his Mickey whistles ... he uses them several times a day ) promised a nice day tomorrow!

View getting into CC ...... we enjoyed that view for 3 1/2 hours, as it was very hard because of currents to get to dock! The captain let us stay on the island longer to make up for it.

Jill, you can either join the LONG line after boarding for reservation changes, or just hop up to the restaurant itself (deck 12) and make reservations there (as we did) - it was EASY!!!!!!!!!!!

So glad to hear things are still going decently even with the storms. One of my coworkers is on a RCL cruise, the Majesty out of Miami and they never made it to any ports. They were supposed to come back today, but Miami was shutdown. As of 2 hours ago, they were still sailing around near Miami.
