Adults? GF would be our vote. Depending on where you want to spend most of your park time of any…. If your focus is Epcot stay BC.

Both hotels have their advantages and disadvantages but echoing others who ask which park/parks hold your interest the most. Knowing that is part of the formula to picking an area to stay in .

We would spend most of our time at Epcot and Magic Kingdom. Our sons are grown and married but when they were younger we took them to the Poly probably about 15 times. We haven't been back to Disney in about 16 years. We don't even know where to begin.

Beach club. Better access to two parks (hs and ep) with better transportation options to said parks (walk, boat, skyliner). Better access to dining options around beach club area. Less chaotic at beach club vs so many people coming to the grand to see the gingerbread house.

So Crescent Lake and the MK hotels do make sense for you; good logic .

I took a quick look at the rates for GF and BC and realized that they might still be under construction at that time. It would take deeper research to know when it’ll end so I’ll just go with it’s still happening and conclude it’s not worth the approx. $1000 daily rate for BC and $800.00 ( I think. For sure BC was more than GF and that’s unusual) for GF. At least in my opinion. YC’s rate was also high and under construction. Were it me I’d check into Broadwalk Inn or maybe Wilderness Lodge. Discounting Poly simply because you’ve been there many times. Contemporary is not a personal fav but you’ve that as an option as well. HTH and enjoy wherever you opt for. Disney is truly wonderous during the December holidays.
