Have a stellar photo, but can't upload it for contest!

I have a fantastic photo to enter into the photo contest. I've tried everything under the sun to get it to upload. Is there any other way to do this?

Are you getting an error of some sort when you try to upload it? If so, what does it say?

I searchedlate last night and couldn't find anything. The message keeps saying the file exceeds the limit, but I even resized it and had a problem.
