Guest Services at Disney Springs - Hours

Hi all! Does anyone know how late guest services is open at disney springs on a weekday?

Hard to find any "posted hours."

Before they moved Guest Relations to the new "Welcome Center" building, they were open until 11PM.
It would likely be a good plan to be there before that time.

FWIW, I talked with a CM and they told me the Welcome Center in Disney Springs was open from 10am - 11pm.
Park Guest Services opens 1 hour before park. I hope she is correct!

Park Guest Relations opens up approx. 30 minutes before guests are admitted to the park (that includes those guests heading in for a pre-park opening breakfast.)

So-
On a day that a park has a regular hours opening time of 9AM, Guest relations/ticket booths will open at about 7:30AM.
On a day that a park has a AM EMH hours opening time of 8AM, Guest relations/ticket booths will open at about 7:30AM.
On a day that a park has a regular hours opening time of 8AM, Guest relations/ticket booths will open at about 7:30AM.
On a day that a park has a AM EMH hours opening time of 7AM, Guest relations/ticket booths will open at about 6:30AM.

Thank you, Robo! We will be there early, but now I know, we have a little more time before it opens.
First time annual passholder and I need to activate it the first day which is EMH at MK which, for now, is 8am.
We will still probably be there early because we are too excited!
