At what time do they sell these gingerbread cookies in the Grand lobby?

These are the general hours of the Grand Hall Cart. M-Th 3pm - 10pm & F-Sun 12pm - 10pm

I’ve seen it open earlier when I’ve been staying at GCH, but the hours above are a good idea of when they are open for biz.
