None of those, unless used in excess, overwhelm the flavor, it adds to it. Steak sauce, is much more acidic and becomes, like hot sauce the primary flavor that is experienced. Waste a couple bucks on something like hot dogs, hamburgers or chicken for combined flavors is better than 10's of dollars on a expensive piece of meat only to not even know what it tastes like. My opinion, of course, and others are entitled to it, but to me it just is a waste of a lot of money, not for the sauce but for its item of delivery. So one shouldn't use ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, tartar sauce? How about salt and pepper? BBQ sauce? Does this apply to drinks too? No sugar/milk/cream in coffee?
