Foot Pain Remedy?

Where do your feet hurt? It could indicate that you don’t have the proper shoes, ie arch support.

My feet are typically killing me after walking all day in the parks. I have great socks and good footwear that I alternate on days so no issues with blisters, just general foot pain. What do you use to relieve your foot pain? I remember using a cream in the past but I can't remember what it was called. Help!
I used to have these problems constantly and then switched to sneakers with extra support and the problem went away. Maybe just experiment with different brands of shoes?

Preventative Aleve during the day, then before bed either CDB cream or a CBD Epson salt foot soak (I pack and inflatable foot soak 'tub') and impact massager. CDB also helps me to sleep better.

I have metatarsalgia and I use toe separators after walking in the parks all day. That and stretching a bit helps alleviate the pain.

Everywhere! Lol. Typically on the bottom of my foot, in the middle mostly. Sounds like possibly an arch support issue?
Sounds like my pain if I were shoes without good arch support. If you are looking for tennis shoes, try Brooks. They have a huge variety and a quick inline test to help with fit. They gave various levels of arch support, different weights, and different levels of squishiness. It’s the shoes that my husband buys for marathons. What shoes do you normally wear?

Dont think people can travel with any CBD products

I got plantar fasciitis and had to switch to wearing exclusively the stability range from Asics (Kayano 3000) along with hard inserts (the kind that you get formed to your feet at a good running or foot store) This combination has worked wonders and I will never go back to any other type of shoe. It is slightly counter-intuitive as the shoes with the inserts are very hard - not soft and cushion-y but I have zero foot pain and can walk and stand all day. It also improves my back pain. I recommend to everyone!

I wear work boots all day at work, then switch to slippers when I'm at home. Anytime I leave the house other than for work I wear sneakers.

I agree with much of what is said here already - socks, good shoes, rotating shoes, I put on the blister band aids each morning to prevent the blisters. Then every night, take a good ziplock bag to fill with ice, put it on a towel on the floor, and put my feet right on that ice bag. At least 30-40 minutes. Reduce the swelling. Good to go each morning!

I recommend support socks to help with tiredness and pain. I’ve used Salonpas patches on my feet at night to help sleep, I also would recommend your oral analgesic of choice during the day and at night. A good shoe insert may help. I’ve used an OTC brand called Happy Feet and had several friends who have appreciated the recommendation. Soak feet in alternating hot/cold water before bed to help get ready for the next day. I’ve used these methods for true plantar fasciitis, for a job where I had to stand/walk on concrete all day, and for recovering from the Disney Death March.

Epsom salt soak can also help relieve some foot pain at the end of the day. If you do a nice warm epson salt sock, and then apply some of the lotions/creams mentioned previously, you should be able to get a good nights rest and be ready for the next day.

I also highly recommend the idea of taking ibuprofen in advance - it has made a different for me in all my general aches and pains!
