Other than looking it up on your DCL account online you can check an old reservation or an old KTTW card. It should be listed on both of those unless it was your first cruise.
You can also call DCL
If you want to look it up online you sign into your DCL account and select the tab that says "Already Booked" and then scroll down to Castaway Club. It will show up there under the anchor.

Sign into your DCL account. On the top towards the right side it will say "Already Booked". Highlight that and look down the list until you see Castaway Club. Click that and it should be there under the anchor along with how many cruises you have taken. Scroll down further and there is the list of all your past cruises.
mine didn’t show either…I’m thinking cause either cause I got married and changed my last name or cause my cruises were so old. I did the contact us email on the dcl website and asked for it and they emailed it to me in less than 24 hours

Our first cruise in 2004 is still showing in my list, so I doubt it might be due to cruises being too old to be listed. All our completed cruises and all our current bookings are listed.
yep I use the same…but I don’t think I had a disney account when I went on the cruise last. 2 I was a teenager and 1 I was in my early 20’s that my dad booked for me and my friend. I’ve never booked my own DCL cruise until the one I currently have booked so maybe that’s why…idk

I don't think it has anything to do with how long ago your cruises were....we were on the Maiden Voyage of the Magic back in 1998 and that cruise (and all the ones since) are listed on my past cruise history.
