Fantasmic Dining Questions

I reserved Fantasmic Dining for 5 of us at 50's Prime Time in March. I have a few questions I didn't find answers to in the Forums or on the website.

1 - Are we able to order any entree, dessert, & drink from the menu - as opposed to being restricted to only certain items?
If so, does that include specialty non-alcoholic drinks too?

2 - We have a 10-year-old in our party. If she chooses to order from the kid's menu, will that be permitted? (We properly listed her as an adult for the reservation.)

3 - How soon is Disney likely to release its entertainment/parade schedule for mid-March? Or did I miss it?

Hi! Sounds like a great evening for your family! We have done Fantasmic dining often, so....based on our experience:
1) Yes, you are able to order any entree, dessert & drink (I don't believe that the specialty drinks were included, however ).

2) Lots of "adults" order from the kids menu. I've done that for a smaller portion size, so I don't think there will be any problem.

3) I can't say for sure, but ...probably in February. Someone else may know better.

Ask about the specialty non-alcoholic drink if that is something of interest. It's not technically excluded so maybe. I overheard a table next to me (sorry don't recall the restaurant) on a package or dining-plan who were told they could specialty non-alcoholic drinks as long as they didn't have a glow cube.
