Epcot ImageWorks and Other Play Areas

Does anyone know if the ImageWorks play area is open and fully operational?

Our kid loved it before the pandemic and is still around the age to like it, along with our friends kids and we're hoping it's a good break.

Are there other good play areas in Epcot for 2-4 year olds?

I'm pretty sure it was open when we were there in July, thought I'm not sure if it's 100% fully operational. There is also an ourdoor playground between Mousegear and Test Track.
