dvc presentation for prospective new buyers?

Just wondering if they still have an incentive for attending a dvc presentation ? We are staying at SSR in May and not doing any parks - thought it may be time to check it out?

AFAIK, they are giving a gift card. I think it’s $100 per adult if staying at a deluxe level resort.
