Right now, we own at 5 resorts so I don't know if I want to become more diversified. We'd have to purchase a significant contract to make it worthwhile and I'm not fond of that point chart.

Added a tiny little direct RIV contract which is going to be used very specifically for pre-cruise stays / marathon weekends. New and FINAL total 1800 points.

And yes… I may have bought an extra point just to make it a round number (shhh don’t tell anyone I’m crazy). That feeling when you call your guide and points are in the account 90 mins later though!

If ROFR & closing go well over the next couple of months, I'll be at 2950, with 965 in June UY + 1985 in Dec UY, and 975 direct + 1975 resale. Just short across the board.

seems to me like your only viable solution is to buy 25pts direct and 25pts resale. At least that’ll round out a few of your numbers
