Dollar Express Confirmation???

Can anyone confirm that Dollar express straight to the garage is back up and running? I have a Budget reservation for arrival tomorrow but I found a cheaper Dollar option. I had been avoiding using them because I do not want to wait in line in the terminal. I heard that "straight to the garage" might be running again but wanted to verify before I cancel Budget. Thanks!
