does caramel in popcorn tins have caffine?

Does anyone know if the caramel popcorn in those popcorn tins for Christmas have caffine in it? We got these tins as Christmas gifts with a trio of buttered, cheese, and caramel. My BIL and I got in arguement over the caramel because he said there is caffine in it. I have never heard of caffine being in caramel, let alone caramel popcorn, have you?

I don't think so. Caramel is mainly sugar and butter and cooked to a point that it caramelizes.

AFAIK, there's no caffeine in caramel. It's just brown sugar and butter.

There is no caffeine in caramel. There is, however, very small amounts of caffeine in chocolate.
