Do you get a MM ticket with the SoCal pass ?

We purchased the So Cal pass for 3 days DL, 1 US, 1 SW & 1 SDWL.

Do they come with MM tickets for one morning ? or are we out of luck for one ?

You'll get one MM entrance with your 3-day hopper portion of the ticket. If you are staying at a DLR property, you get MM each day it is offered.

Do you know if you can add (Disneyland) days to this pass? If so, how much would it cost? If not, what would be the cheapest way to get tickets for Disneyland, Sea World and San Diego Zoo?

You can upgrade your hopper when you are at the parks. We plan to upgrade them to annual passes when we are there.

The so cal city pass is a big discount. You can upgrade your dl ticket to more days, but you lose the discount, and would pay the full value of the 4-day hopper (as explained to me by the WDTC cms at their office).

I'm not sure they can, BUT the tickets are encoded with the amount you paid for them or what I call the "upgrade value". Say you were upgrading to an AP, they would be able to see the upgrade value of those tickets, and then charge you the difference between the AP and the hopper. It's all magic.
