Disneyland ticket pricing?

One-day tickets are assigned a pricing "tier." You're looking at Tier 1 tickets, which are for the least-expensive days. If you can go on those days, then two one-day tickets are the right choice. But if you have to go on other days, check the tier pricing for those days and see whether it's still cheaper than a two-day ticket.

Also note, if you buy the tickets separately and you want park hoppers, you will have to buy park hopping twice. If you book a multi day ticket, park hopping only needs to be purchased once.

I could be wrong, but I get the impression that they aren't all that interested in DCA. If so, having PH for that day might let them see DCA and then head back over to Disneyland.

In your other thread, you mentioned possibly going to Disneyland on October 2nd and 3rd rather than the 1st and 2nd. Note that October 3rd is a "Tier 3" day, $38 more per person than October 1st and 2nd.

Well I would arrive on the 1st and stay two nights. Sorry if I confused anyone. I'm not getting any younger. 🤪🤪

I haven't ran that by my husband yet, he might want to see that park. It will surely cost him though. We will see.

If you stick with single park tickets and decide to visit DCA, I would recommend going on a day that isn't OBB. OBB guests start entering DCA at 3 pm and it gets very crowded. Regular guests need to leave the park by 6 pm. There is no World of Color on OBB nights. If you go to DCA on the 3rd, the park will be open from 8 am - 10pm with two WOC shows.

Right.

It sounds like, depending on what time you arrive on the 1st and leave after two nights, you might go to DL/DCA on Oct 1+2 or Oct 2+3.

Your original posting in this thread priced out the first option, but in the other thread you said, "Ya, the dates are not flexible at all. It would be the 2nd and possibly the 3rd of October, if my husband wants to do DCA too."

So I just wanted to make sure you'd seen my note about tier pricing, because if you're considering buying two one-day tickets, the pricing for Oct. 1+2 is different from Oct. 2+3.

I hope you and your hubby can get to DL for at least one day!

I guess I missed that. If they aren’t interested in DCA at all, thus not needing PH at all then, then my point is null and void
I can’t imagine not being interested in anything at all that DCA has to offer
