Disneyland Paris Trip

I don't live in Europe but been to Europe 5+ years ago, I wouldn't say AC is not a thing, just not as common as the U.S. All accommodations we stayed at had AC.
Places that get a high % of American tourists are more likely to have AC as its the number one complaint from Americans who come to Europe.

For smaller hotels not associated w/ the big chains, I understand they might not have AC, that's not shocking. But Sante Fe is a Disney official resort, I just expect them to have it.

In Paris it's a tiered amenity: Cheyenne and Santa Fe are two "keys" (aka starts) hotels, so they don't have pools and air conditioning. All the others (except David Crocket, which is sort of Fort Wilderness) have air conditioning and pools.
But the problem for Americans is that it's usually not as powerful as you're used to.
We Europeans have the opposite problem when traveling to the US, it's too cold for us 🤣

Cheyenne has AC for sure. Maybe they didn't have it before the refurb? I watched a couple of YT videos of their room reviews so I know AC exists now 🤣

If your time allows in central Paris. We’ve done tours with a gentleman named Maurizio on a couple of occasions. He’s maybe 30-35 years old. I think he’s a former history professor (something along those lines) turned tour guide. He runs a small company, Napoleone Tour (Napoleonetour.com)

He speaks very good English and is very jovial. Reasonable prices. We had him walk us through Musée d’Orsay one year and a walking trip through the 1st and 2nd on a different trip. He basically makes custom trips based on what you want to see/do. Would highly recommend, given his demeanor and vast knowledge. My wife and I, both history / poli sci majors in college, were impressed. Definitely helps make the most of shorter trips.
