Disneyland Hotel E-ticket lounge being refurbished?

That's too bad. I wonder how long the refurbishment will take. It's sad the Fairytale suite is gone. I always wanted to stay there.

Hopefully the temporary lounge is nice.

Is it still in Adventure tower?

Wow that stinks about the Fairytale Suite. I was hoping to stay there one day. It was actually a signature suite that wasn't completely out of the question price wise.

I am assuming the temporary lounge is in one of the bottom floor conference rooms? That's kind of a bummer when you are expecting great views. Hopefully the setup is still nice!

I'm very sad about the loss of the Fairytale Suite. I understand that there is a need to expand the lounge, but man, that was a Signature Suite that wasn't out of the question price-wise and it was SO COOL!! I went once and it was awesome. The lounge was right next door so you could just go over whenever you wanted to and grab some sparkling wine or fruit or whatever, which was what we did before watching the fireworks. They also brought us a big platter of fruit, crackers, cheese etc and a bottle of bubbly.

When my son and his fiance (now wife) got married, I gifted them with 3 nights in the FTS and some other really special things. They were so delighted and they kept texting me to let me know how cool it was and how nice the CMs were. The concierge brought them treats and fun stuff and treated them like royalty. I'm sad that the one semi-affordable Signature Suite is done.

My sister and I had it booked for our annual Christmas trip but guess what? It was the year of the big C when DL shut down. We never got a chance to do it and it doesn't look like we ever will. The other Signature Suites are never going to be in my budget unless some of you guys want to go in on it with me, LOL!

The pirate suite has lots of beds! :)

The E Ticket lounge is currently in a conference room on the first floor of the Frontier tower at the far right as you enter from the pool side. It was kind of nice as they have done outside seating as well which was pretty relaxing. Sounds like the remodeled lounge will be awesome when completed.

That sounds nice. Was the food, drink etc the same as when the lounge was upstairs?

While I haven’t found an official review, I saw some comments that the food offerings may have improved at the relocated lounge. Did you notice the same?

I stayed there last weekend and yes the food was the same if not slightly better since the last time I went to the lounge about 18 months ago. The drinks were in a regular refrigerator/freezer combo instead of just the beverage fridge they had before so in the freezer section they had Mickey ice cream bars, Mickey ice cream sandwiches and strawberry fruit popsicles. You could have a Mickey bar for breakfast if you so desired! The patio space was actually very nice and I have a 3 and a 5 year old so sitting outside and letting them be able to run around in an enclosed space for a bit while the adults had a glass of wine was nice. It is a bigger space (especially including the outside space) so it never felt crowded. Actually (probably due to the regular lounge being under construction) but the lounge was not full at all every time we went except for breakfast. We took my kids to story time with Santa one evening (it was daily at 8:20 PM) and we they were the only kids there so they had a private visit with Santa. We were staying in Frontier tower (where the lounge is) so it was convenient to just pop down. Let me know if anyone has any questions about my experience.

Thank you this is helpful! I was concerned at first but the large space would be a nice change. Hopefully they place us in Frontier as well!

Do they still only have cold breakfast options? And water and soda that you can take away from the lounge?
