when I go out to Disney next I may be looking to go to Disney Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party but I was just wonding are there any places where I can hire halloween costume

I don't remember where, but I read about costume policies and what you can and cannot wear. Might want to look around before you purchase or rent anything. ;) Good luck - and have fun!

is there a list of thing you can and can't go as as at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Go to the WDW website and look at the party page. ://disneyworld.disney.go.com/events-tours/magic-kingdom/mickeys-not-so-scary-halloween-party/#/drawer=drawerDressedOccasion

This is what they don't allow
  • All Guests may dress as their favorite character, but may not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other Guests
  • Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent.
  • Costumes may not contain any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
  • Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another Guest

I actually looked at buying some because they were dirt cheap but I would be 1/2 inclined just to make one?? Isnt that 1/2 the fun?

Part 2

GUESTS AGES 14 AND OLDER
  • Layered costumes or costume props that surround the entire body are strongly discouraged and may be subject to additional security screening.
  • Costumes may not reach or drag on the ground. (e.g., full-length Princess dresses)
  • Capes may be worn if the length does not go below the waist.
  • Themed T-shirts, blouses, sweatshirts and hats are acceptable.
  • Acceptable accessories include: transparent wings, plastic light sabers, toy swords and tutus. Headwear may be worn as long as it does not cover the face.
  • Masks of any kind may not be worn.

I saw so many costumes there that broke so many of them rules and nothing was said at all.

In terms of buying a costume, there are many places offsite that you could go that aren't too far away to purchase one.
We've bought from Spirit Halloween in the past while at Disney.
Don't do something extremely hot. The year we bought my wife and I went as Dorothy and the scarecrow. The scarecrow was miserable as wearing a burlap bag type costume for 6+ hours in 90 degree heat made one extremely sweaty, uncomfortable, and stinky.

From your first question where you asked if you could "hire a costume", I assume that you are not from the US. In the US, most people buy or make their costumes. There isn't much market for costume rental outside of major metropolitan and high end markets.

are there place where i can hire any corsets to use with Halloween costume

are there places i can hire from or buy cheap halloween costumes
