Disney Floral and Gifts

Has anyone used Disney Floral and Gifts to deliver a gift to a resort room - or maybe some other delivery service - that you would recommend? We will be at Disney over Father’s Day and I thought it might be a nice surprise to have something delivered to our room for my husband (like a basket of snacks or beer or something).

I have used Disney Floral and gifts before. Prior to Covid, we had items delivered to our room and another resort/room. When making the reservation I had the reservation number(s) of the other group in our party and provided their name as well. The items were delivered to our room at AoA and our in-Law's room at WL as scheduled and were a fun surprise for all.

We are going back soon, and I recently placed an order for a family that is traveling with us. Because of COVID restrictions, Disney F&G will deliver to the resort, but the guests will need to come and pick up their items from the front desk. Not sure when you are looking to place your order, but I will try and report back next week on how this worked, including how the other family was notified.

My DS had flowers delivered to me for Mother's Day while I was at Wilderness Lodge. There was a message on the phone that I had a package at the front desk. I just had to go there to pick it up. DS said it was easy to do. The flowers were gorgeous.

FYI I just had a floral delivery at the riviera today and they surprised me by delivering directly to the room while we were away for the day! Definitely made our day!

The front desk crew were very smug (in a good way!) when I asked if I could pick up the arrangement on the way up to the room. They replied with a wink and a nod asking whether I had been in the room yet today… a great smile came across my wife’s face when she opened the door
