Desiree~My legs were very sore this week! I know it's not from the running, so it has to be the jumping. The pain has inspired me to use the jump rope a few days after practice, but not for such long periods of time.
Valerie~I think we all have spring fever! It was nice here today (minus some rain in the afternoon), but it's going to be cold the next two days--YUCK!
Sharon~A little extra energy is on its way to you, but I really don't have much to spare. I took a two hour nap before I went to bed the other night! It wears me out trying to keep up with my track team. I hope the weather gets better for you--NO MORE SNOW! K, hope that helps--here's some sunshine for you--

Marcia~Thanks for stopping by--we got to practice outside on Friday and it was really nice outside. The two indoor practices really killed our kids though and they're definitely on their way to getting into shape--have to love running up and down the stairs!

Friday: plyometrics, ran 3 miles, 2 100 sprints, 115 crunches This was a good workout, but my distance kids ran 3 200 sprints in addition--can't say I'm sorry I "sat" those out!
Saturday: DH and I went for an hour walk earlier and barely beat the rain! I definitely consider this exercise b/c we walk about 13 min. miles. I'm planning on getting on the bike later as well--I'll let you know tomorrow.
Food has been great! I feel really full from dinner, but actually didn't eat that much. DH and I are getting ready to make some chocolate chip cookies with Splenda and egg whites and 1/2 the chips! I'll let you know how they turn out. Probably still not great for you, but by taking out the sugar, most of the fat, and the cholesterol...
Let's just say I'll let you know how they taste.
