I find this information not at all surprising.Somebody in the comments indicated they were there and she was being unruly and uncooperative.

I don't know why this family decided to fly home when they were denied boarding on the cruise ship, especially since they got a refund. I would have gone to Disneyworld and had a great time.
She was probably given a refund because of the way the family was treated at the terminal. Disney at fault or not. But it shouldn't be expected by all people who show up while pregnant. That being said, I can imagine that it would take a while to track down the luggage. A shame they couldn't be offered a place to sit inside the terminal for a while. Just serves as another tale of things to do better for next time.
From what I understand the family escalated the situation in the terminal. They were sitting inside but one of the men in the party got upset because it was taking too long for DCL to locate their luggage. At that point, they were asked to leave. She was probably given a refund because of the way the family was treated at the terminal. Disney at fault or not. Do you happen to have a link?I watched her second video today that "anwers questions" (after an overly produced section on the trip first" and she admits that people were getting upset with her filming but she was doing so anyway because she was a vlogger. Somebody in the comments indicated they were there and she was being unruly and uncooperative.
So reading between the lines, I think the family got upset and made a scene and security was called and somehwere in all this she was asked by others and probably security to stop filming but refused because as a vlogger she is more important and so they got sent outside instead.
She wasn't at WDW. She was at a port that is a high security zone that has to watch out for drug smuggling and all other types of things and they (the port authority) need their security people armed to deal with these things. When you cause a scene and get security called if you then don't listen and stop filming or calm down then you WILL be kicked out.

And they booked the cruise two weeks ago, so she knew she was pregnant. At the time they booked she would already have been past the point of being able to board the ship.

This is not the way to start a vacation so I don't blame the family for being upset and losing their cool with the cast members. The video has been edited so there's no way of knowing why security was called but I'm guessing the family disrespected some of the cast members and caused a huge scene. Nobody enjoys being videotaped on the job when they are just following protocol so of course they're not going to be smiling at that point. The pregnant woman even said a cast member tried for 30 mins to get her cleared, but Disney needs to protect themselves. The woman also said she didn't book the cruse but she still had to sign the contract which outlines pregnancy guidelines. Having a doctor's note does not apply to the situation.
Here's a link to the contact # 28 details the pregnancy guidelines.

Seeing security guards or law enforcement with weapons is nothing new. We see them at airports, sporting events and malls. The Miami-Dade Police Department is responsible for security at the port so the officers were not employed by Disney. When the ship is leaving port, it's usually escorted by the US Coast Guard or local Police department. This is a port security measure, basically initiated post 9-11. Cruise ships are seen as large potential terrorist targets. So for the pregnant mother to say
"They Used GUNS to escort my children and I off the ship!" is incorrect. It's part of the uniform and they were just following protocol.
Now do I think it was right of Disney to have them wait outside in the heat with small children? Absolutely not!
Statement from DCL
“While we understand the guests’ disappointment with not being able to board the ship, for health and safety reasons, our policy does not allow women who have reached the 24th week of pregnancy to travel, which is consistent with other cruise lines and is noted on our website and in travel documents our guests receive before sailing,”
