I thought I'd sit down and figure out some of these - based on current menus that were available. I realize a free meal is a free meal, whether it costs $5 or $50 - but it was interesting to figure out where the max value was in WDW. I hoep this helps someone else here. 
(And don't bother reading if you don't eat meat or seafood) It is also based solely on the most expensive appetizer and most expensive entree - a regular fountain soda/drink, and the most expensive dessert (or $5 for dessert, if prices were not available). Obviously these prices will vary for each person. I am also assuming that you are not allowed to get a non-alcoholic specialty beverage or additional sides, etc. Those are all sort of surprise bonuses.
