Late Oct stay at BLT, chance of being moved?

I have a week long stay booked in a 2 bedroom at Bay Lake Tower in late October. If Disney would need to relocate us, when would be notified? Would it be a few months before our stay or more like a few weeks?

Could be as late as when you show up. DVC is notoriously inconsistent.

Read up on the Boardwalk post about people being moved. Many were contacted only days before check in

Disney knew the refurb was coming up, so I would think that they will have already reduced available inventory for that time frame rather than allowing people to over book rooms. In that basis you shouldn’t be moved.
