this one is quick and easy and very tasty!
Cubed beef
thinly sliced onions
2 table spoons ketcup
2 tablespoons wischershir (sp) sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup.
salt and pepper to taste
Put everything in the crock pot cook on low all day.
about 15 minutes before serving stir in a 2 cups sour cream.
If you wish to make it look fancier add sliced mushrooms when you add the sour cream. I serve it over noodles. Just don't add the sour cream too soon. It just needs to be warmed. I usually just stir it in and serve. if you put it in too early it will get a little funky but fine.
