My deed was recorded on 3/12 so I am on day 16 and anxiously checking multiple times a daySame here....remind me how many days since your deed recorded?

So we get paid when the contract closes, not when the points are moved and loadedI closed on a contract and was paid 3/14 (I am the seller). The points are still in my dashboard.
When you are an existing member, you do not get an email. The new contract just shows up in your membershipIm waiting on Disney too - painful. Our deed was recorded on 3/11. Existing member. No emails or records showing yet in my dashboard :-(

Yes, they indeed do. Although it might not necessarily be clicking send (likely a scheduled way), you could receive one of the two emails midnight during the weekendI’m going to go out on a whim here and guess they don’t do anything over the weekend?
Well, first you better wait for one day. And then, if they are willing to load, no difference between the two methods, and it can be loaded automatically. However, if they don’t, then you will need to try multiple people on multiple days… So depending on which takes more energy from you, you choose the other wayFor asking member services, do you just ask if your points are available to be loaded? Is calling better than the chat?
Great to know thank you! I've been checking emails (hourly!) and membership dashboard online daily. Will up my game! Still not showing as of this morning, so 18 days after deed recorded.
