Thank you! You should reconsidered them at some time point haha. I did spot a typo (yes I am the type of person who reads thru contracts). But they did their job pretty well overall (both closing companies).
Now pressure on the Disney side (anxiety on me...)

If I buy again I will use them. The holding bak of funds is well worth the sometimes long wait.

Somewhere along the way a wire got crossed with our FEB UY 200 VGC and our DEC UY 200 VGC.

We sold the FEB to move all of the VGC into one Membership.

No, it was listed as Feb and buyer wants Feb…. somehow the wrong contract number got into a document….

Signed a corrective deed tonight…. Hopefully that clears things up and the buyer can get their points….

I hate to call her out by name, because I don't know what the bottleneck is. I'll just use initials: EG. I do think a really good escrow officer would help push things along when there are delays. It seems like nobody is really managing or even cares whether things move along.

Same current experience. Even with the comedy of errors on the brokers side, I still have things in before the seller. RON took almost 7 weeks on my end.

Most updates have been prompted by me and usually several days later.

So sorry about that. I've seen everyone (even Disney) speed things along a bit when there was an error. Buyer might be pleasantly surprised. And as we all know, once the points are there, all this waiting becomes a vague memory compared to the trips planned and taken
