Here is the latest update - I got an email with my club ID two minutes ago!That is interesting. I may try that tomorrow. I'll look up my deed now and print it. When I was on the phone I got the feeling that she knew my member/club ID # but wouldn't tell me it because she couldn't verify me. You would think there would be a way to do that verification without all this waiting. {sigh}
I have no idea how I got this email so fast but this afternoon I sent an email to member services admin and gave all my identifying information including the deed number and asked them to if there was a way to send the club ID email. Not sure if it was a coincidence or if it worked but I have logged in and can see my account. The points aren't loaded yet but one step at a time. LOL
