This might be an odd question but, does anyone know how deep the pool is at CB? Thanks!

Thanks for digging up this great info!According to an old press release I found online:
Cabana Courtyard Pool
Area: 11,728 square feet
Max. Depth: 4.5 feet
Volume: 268,667 gallons
Lazy River Courtyard Pool
Area: 8022 square feet
Max. Depth: 5 feet
Volume: 219,000 gallons
The Lazy River itself is 3 feet, I believe.
Thank you! Either one could be on the lazy river side or the slide side right?Yes, poolside rooms face towards the inner / courtyard / pool side and the standard rooms face out.
CBBR specifically considers them poolside vs pool view - poolside literally means on the side facing the pools but may not have any view of a pool.
Yes, might depend on the room type too.Thank you! Either one could be on the lazy river side or the slide side right?

Thank you!!!The standard rooms are only in the interior hallway wings i.e. near the lazy river. These wings are also closer to the food court, the bus pickup and Volcano Bay.
I have twice been in standard rooms in the towers, which are at the far end of the hotel so not close to the lobby. They face the pool area also. I don't mind the walk, and they are closer to Volcano Bay. Sometimes the music from the pool area bothers me if I am relaxing in the room during the day.Thank you!!!
Thank you. I think I am just going to book standard room and request near the lobby and see what happens.I have twice been in standard rooms in the towers, which are at the far end of the hotel so not close to the lobby. Scattered throughout the Continental and Americana buildings. edit - definitely in Continental, not positive on AmericanaCan someone tell me where the interior entry family suites are?
How easy is it to get to and from City Walk from Cabana Bay? Do you have to go through security each time?
I would like to have quick, easy access to City Walk from the hotel.
The busses are easy and always seem to be pulling at at CB’s bus stop. However, you do have to go through CityWalk security when you get there, which is sometimes fast and sometimes very crowded. We took the SF boat a few times and while we might have waited a few minutes for a boat, it was so nice to already be done with security once we got to CityWalk. How easy is it to get to and from City Walk from Cabana Bay? We have never stayed on Universal property but we are considering a quick trip to one of the budget friendly options. We already have a Disney trip coming up so we are weighing taking a day to go to Universal during that trip vs. taking a second trip in the Fall focused on Universal - staying there.
I would like to have quick, easy access to City Walk from the hotel. It's an area we rarely explore on Disney trips since the Universal days are always spent trying to pack as much of the park experiences into each day.
Bus was fastest for us nine times out of ten (except for the one time it was pulling away as we walked up lol)For those of you who have tried multiple ways, which is quickest for early entry? (Including transportation AND security)
Walking?
Taking the Bus?
Boat from SF?
