I am going to be purchasing a full size stroller pretty soon. I am thinking about the Britax B-Agile or the Baby Jogger City Mini. What do you think? Does anyone have any recommendations/tips/suggestions? My daughter is 4 months old right now. She will be 8 months old when we go to Disney World in May. I would like a stroller that is sturdy, that I can use for "every day" use. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated! :cool1:

We have a city mini (double) and love it. I think the britax is very similar, I don't see too many differences honestly. The shade might be slightly better on the BJCM, but hard to tell. can you go test drive them somewhere? I know more people w/ BJCMs that are happy, so I'd go for that but that doesn't mean that the other isn't good.

I have a B Agile and LOVE it. It steers so smoothly, you can do it with one hand and it's definitely the smoothest "ride" of any stroller I've pushed. The only thing that's annoying is the basket underneath is small. The sunshade is huge which is great for FL. I'm debating on whether to bring mine to Disney, only because I'm afraid of it getting ruined on the plane and it wasn't cheap. But, my umbrella stroller is the WORST for maneuverability and the sun shade, so I think I'll end up bringing the Britax anyway.

My friend has both the B Agile and City Mini for some odd reason (She registered for the Agile but then saw a City Mini at a yard sale for cheap and bought it). She uses the B Agile all the time and said she almost never used the City Mini because it's so similar, and she already loves the B Agile. She's taken the B Agile to Disney and had no problems with it. I really can't tell much of a difference btwn the two strollers, to be honest. They look almost identical.

We have the B-Agile and love it. I don't have any experience with the City Mini but hear rave reviews about it as well.

Thanks all! We had a Maclaren with my son who is 5 now, and i loved that it was so compact. Do y'all think the city mini and b agile are too big for every day use? Will I be knocking over mall displays with the stroller? Lol

I love, love, love our B-Agile! I chose it because it was easy to manouver and I could easily do a one handed fold and lift into the car. We brought this to Disney when DD was 8.5 months old and it was perfect! Getting on and off the bus was simple. I could hold DD in one arm and fold up the stroller with the other hand and easily carry both onto the bus.

I purchased a rain cover and travel bag for the stroller because this is what I would have spent to rent a stroller, and we had no issues with taking the stroller with us. It was also great to have in the airport. Our stroller just came back from it's second trip to Disney with some friends, who came home and bougth the B-Agile for themselves if that tells you anything. :)

We leave in 24 days and our stroller is ready for it's 3rd trip to Disney! I know people love their city mini too but the B-Agile is the way to go if you ask me! I agree the bottom holder is small but we've made out ok. We usually will filll a soft sided cooler with 6 or 8 bottles of water and place that in the bottom holder and then use a mommy hook on ours to hang any bags on. Also, there is a big zipper pocket on the back of the stroller and this is where I put our diapers for the day. (I make little packs with a diaper and a few wipes in a plastic baggie so I can just grab one and go.) This worked out really well. I have the Britax cup holder attachment on there too which can hold your camera and a couple of drinks. It's the perfect park stroller!

We went to Babies R Us and tested out both models. We ultimately went with the B-Agile for the following reasons:
- City Mini has a bar across the back wheels which both DH & I kept kicking while pushing it. I am 5'7 and DH is 6'1.
- The storage compartment under the B-Agile was easier to access
- Price. The B-Agile is $60 less expensive than the City Mini.

We used the stroller at WDW and it was a dream to push & fold. It even handled the tracks on Main St with ease while going through the crowds. DH could hold it on his lap easily if it needed to be folded up while on a tram.

You can go to a Babies R Us if you have one nearby and try both out. I found good prices on both by checking Amazon Warehouse Deals and I actually purchased mine on Ebay. It was either a dented box item or a return, but it had never been opened/put together. I paid $119 instead of the $189 that they regularly sell for.

I purchased the city mini for my 3rd child after renting one at wdw when she was 8 months old. We have since used it while traveling and I love it! Definitely beats all the other strollers I have used with first two kids! I have never tried the Britax, though. The citimini even worked for my tall 5 yo last year. Afraid he has outgrown it now!

According to www.albeebaby.com the Britax B-Angle holds an extra 5lbs and folds smaller than the City Mini. Like the PP said the bar at the back is different curved so that their feet don't hit it when walking.

I love my b-agile. It is so easy to us. I find it slimmer than most other strollers but perfect size for bigger kids. Both my 4 & 6 yo still fit comfortably.

We side by side compared the city mini to the b-agile and choose it because it pushed smoother and the underneath basket was easier to get to. I think the basket is slightly bigger than the city mini also. Also I bought the child tray and was able to use is as a way to attach my infant seat kind of like a snap n go. The city mini doesn't have the option. You can only purchase the expensive car seat adapter.

We are taking our b-agile to WDW and renting a city mini double also. I wish I could rent a B-agile double.

Thank you all so much for the wonderful opinions and reviews! We decided on the City Mini. I ordered it today from Albee Baby since it is on sale for $179.99. Thanks again!

I LOVE my city mini but my baby is only 3 months old. Super easy to maneuver and love how you can adjust the back!
I am only 4feet 11 and I can fold and put in the trunk of my SUV with no problem.
I think you will love yours too.

I bought the Bagile for my 6 year old (shes really small) A stroller is a HUGE necessity at Disney for her. WE LOVE IT! I also bought the travel bag so it doesnt get ruined on the airplane :)
