Interesting. I have 3 BBs I made over the phone. None of them showed a change button even during my new 7 day booking period after my trip last month. I made 2 new BBs during that time. Those show the change button & give me all the available options.

Not sure if it makes a difference but I booked our BB over the phone (check out day) while still at WDW. It took a good 30-40 mins for the CM to verify and enter everyone’s info. I entered the code online and was able to see my reservation. After that I was able to select modify and look at other resort options.

Maybe it depends when the BBs were made. The 3 I made on the phone were before the ability to make them yourself online. Those are the ones that never got a change button. The other 2 I made online in late December. These ones I can change & all the current availability shows up.

Are you within 30 days of check in? My reservation isn’t until Nov and I can still see the ‘change reservation’ option.

No. Reservation starts on April 9th. But, I made the reservation last July before you could book a bounceback online. Did you book online after it was possible to book the bounceback online?

I have the change reservation button and have a reservation that was made before the online option. I recently modified on the phone and then was able to change online myself for a while. Unfortunately, it recently got glitchy and now now even though it allows me to begin to modify myself online? It doesn’t go all the way through.

Are you able to see what is available? Or does it not allow you to see what is available with the discount?

It may be glitchy and may have taken down the option again for those that booked on the phone.

I’m only able to see what’s available if I click on “all resorts,” but then when I choose various resorts, it shows nothing available. Frustrating, but you’re probably correct in that they changed it again.

I too @vinotinto booked my BB before online was available and I have changed my May date 3 times yesterday was my latest change and I too have not gotten the online modify option for any of my changes. So you are not alone.

I see a savannah view room club level available 8/24-31.



EDIT to add: Tried a bunch of other date ranges fyi and this is the only one I saw availability for.

Yup, been getting that for about three weeks now. Super frustrating.

I made mine over the phone and originally didn’t have the change reservation button online.

I made them online. It also impacts other discounts too, there was a passholder discount I was trying to switch to as well for another trip that got the same error message.
