What are your favorite restaurants and dining options in Hollywood Studios? Comment below with your favorite table service location, your favorite quick service location, and/or your favorite place to grab a snack. Tell me why you love that specific location and what item it is that you love so much.

Table service I'd actually put as a toss up between 50's Prime Time and the Hollywood Brown Derby. The food quality at 50's has definitely increased over the years and the experience is always a fun one. Compared to a few years ago where the quality was much more mediocre and quantity was higher, quantity is now a bit lower but quality has gotten better.

And while Hollywood Brown Derby is one of my least favorite signature restaurants it's still a pretty good meal overall, in particular the Duck is pretty good.

I've never been overly impressed with the quality of the food at the Studios. If I had to pick a favorite TS, it would be the Brown Derby. That's for the food...not the experience. Sadly, what my family considered the best CS is now gone - Studio Catering Company. Our favorite snacks used to be a frozen drink accompanied by a jalapeno pretzel. We'd purchase these from a little stand just off Hollywood Blvd. when heading towards Echo Lake. DD loves the treats at the Bakery, but the rest of us our not really sweets eaters. Looking forward to trying some of the new offerings around Echo Lake, when we visit in a week!

I have to add: my family is far more likely to head over to the Boardwalk/Beach Club area for a good meal if we've come to DS by bus/boat. If we've driven, we're likely to head to Disney Springs.

50's Prime Time is our favorite. Food is decent and wait staff tries hard to please. They always poke fun at someone at your table.

Hollywood Brown Derby for TS, I love the Cobb Salad and the appetizer portion is the perfect portion for a meal for me.

QS - Backlot Express although the little food kiosks they have put out look interesting

Snack would be the old Writer's Stop, haven't been there since they made it a lounge for SciFi so can't say now. I don't normally snack between meals so that is the only snack I've ever had there.

We like the Brown Derby. My son drew on the white table cloth with a crayon (I was mortified), but our waitress was awesome! She made me feel much better about it and she brought the boys the light up clip-ons and a bag of goodies.

We love the tapas bar outside of HBD too! Our favorite waitress recognized us and she never rushes us.

We also really liked the SCiFi brunch, but I think it's gone now.

For QS, we usually end up in the ABC Commissary because it's cool and the salads were pretty good here. I think they've simplified the menu though.

We liked Mama Melrose, we've done the Fantasmic package for lunch twice. also liked 50's prime time.. Thought that chicken pot pie was very good!

Our favorite place to eat at HS is Sci Fi Dine In...The food is ok for Disney food, lol...but my kids LOVE sitting in the cars and watching the big screen like they are in a drive thru movie theater, lol. Our next choice would be Hollywood & Vine, mainly for the Disney Jr Characters and the fun activities and singing and everything they do at Breakfast, lol...my kids love to get into the middle of all that! For us its more about the experience than the food...I mean the food has to edible but the experience and the smiles on my kids faces make it all worth it.

Just had lunch @ Mama Mel's for the first time yesterday (yes, I'm at Disney as I write :))...great food and awesome service. Their breaded calamari was perfect. Wasn't really expecting it to be so good, but definitely will be back! The only problem with Brown Derby is that it's 2TS credits, which puts it in the same category as Narc's and Cali Grill, and not sure it's at that level, though.

I will tolerate Mama Melrose when doing the Fantasmic Dining package. Other than that I will not eat at this park with the exception of either the Butterfingers Cupcake or the Red Velvet Cupcake at Starring Rolls. Usually we head over to the Boardwalk or the Swan/Dolphin for dinner. Also, we usually do a breakfast like Cape May or Captains Grill in the morning and skip lunch at the Studios. I am just not a fan at all for the food in this park.

We always eat at HW&V. We have done lunch (Disney Jr characters) and dinner (Minnie's seasonal dine -Christmas). We love it. I have read over and over that many do not like the food but we find it just fine. We love character dines because we have young kids.

Starring rolls cafe is a must for snack items. The cupcakes are awesome!!

QS we did the commissary - same QS food you find anywhere at Disney. Nothing special at all. Don't know that we'd eat there again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of our meal at Mama Melrose last time we were there, and if we were to do another TS at HS, that would be our pick (we've tried them all except Sci-fi, that theme doesn't appeal to us)!
