My first thought was "at least he's better than your last Star Lord" lol
Yes he was!
UGH I AM SO MAD JUSt READING THIS
It was so rude and annoying.
I love the convenience of staying at the MCO Hyatt, but for us coming from CA and going to WDW it just isn't feasible since we are already losing a day with travel. However it is perfect for cruising!
Yes true if you have a long travel day then you might as well go right to Disney!
Fun morning at Epcot, I love the booths and all the choices!
So much fun! They should have those booths year round!
I was so bummed when they announced the end of the Express Bus service. I had planned on getting that for the October trip. Now I have to rethink a few of my days as I wanted to hop between Epcot and AK.
I'm SO SAD. It was the best thing ever.
Those Country Bear mugs are so cute! I may have to get one. What a shame that the dessert party was such a disappointment. For that kind of money you should really be wowed! Not walking away feeling "meh."
I love my country bear jug!
And yes the dessert party was a disappointment. I hope that they will continue to improve. And I do think all dessert parties should take place indoors with an option for outdoor seating, just makes it more pleasant for the dessert part of the experience.
Those people laying in the grass are idiots. I'm just going to say it.
THANK YOU, you are absolutely correct, they were idiots! I try not to get too mad at Disney, after all those people were not worth the stress but it's hard to not to think about it and not get mad!!
Frustrating to hear about the HEA Dessert Party...I just booked it for November...I reserved it, because the garden viewing looked lovely, and let's face it, for the yummy desserts, and CHEESE!!! Plus, Joe and I will have my then 2 year old niece with us, and not having to stake out a fireworks viewing spot an hour beforehand seemed very appealing...I really hope Disney has improved this before we get there. The $60 price tag was hard to swallow...
The view is wonderful, and the desserts were mostly good, what we had of them. I hope you get more fruit and cheese than we did though! The weather in Nov should be much more pleasant so I think your experience is already going to be 10x better than ours, haha.
Animal Kingdom Lodge is on my bucket list along with Wilderness Lodge. They're both so beautiful!
They are! I have yet to visit Wilderness Lodge. I really wanted to stay there this December but it's pretty much all gone unless I fork over and arm and a leg for a villa.
Sounds like a fun morning at Epcot and you can't beat those food booths for a great lunch!
Yup! It's the best part!
I love Country Bear Jamboree! I want one of those jugs!
The jugs are so cute!
We attended one of the early Wishes Dessert Parties in 2013. I believe the price was right around $25 for adults. I can be a bit of a tightwad when it comes to certain things, so buying the tickets to the party was a splurge or me. Honestly, the desserts looked better back then and I believe there was a better selection of different types of desserts. I remember trays of food kept coming out to keep things replenished also. Today the price tag is $79?!?! So Disney has more than tripled the price in just four years? I find this rather sad. I don't mean to come off as Debbie Downer, but I don't think we'll attend one of these again.
Glad you enjoyed HEA! It looks just fantastic!
YEah I wish they still had them at the cheaper price, but this one was expensive and wasn't very good.
Ugh that's so annoying!!! Do you plan on telling the 75,000 other people in front of you to sit down too? Sorry your dessert party was kind of a bust. I'd be pretty disappointed if that was my experience too.
I was so annoyed, and mad, but instead of starting a verbal war I decided to enjoy myself and Happily Ever After!
Those people don't deserve an once of my time so I just decided to leave.
