Aulani split stay - Waikiki hotel advice?

Hi all - we are headed to Hawaii this summer, going to Waikiki for a few days then heading to Aulani. I am trying to decide which of these three hotels to stay at on Waikiki Beach - Sheraton Waikiki, Moana Surfrider or Royal Hawaiian? Any input / advice is appreciated! thanks

We have never stayed at any of those but they all look nice.

For what its worth we thought our best meal was from the "Beachhouse at the Moana" which is at the surfrider hotel.

You have great taste in hotels, all are really nice! But I like the feel of the Surfrider the best. Enjoy your trip!
