Anyone ordered Crocs directly from the Crocs website?

I ordered two pairs of Crocs from the Crocs website on May 2nd. 4 days later and the order still says "processing not yet shipped". I've orderd a lot of things online and have never seen an order process for so long. And who knows how much longer it will take. I'm leaving on the 21st.

Is this normal? If not then I am thinking I need to cancel the order and order my shoes from some other company.

I had orderered a pair from the crocs website last year and got them pretty quickly. I would say since it is currently the weekend wait till tomorrow and see if the status has changed. Have you gotten any e-mails about shipping or processing or anything? Because I know I have ordered from some places where my item was shipped (notified by email) but the tracking said it was not. So I wouldn't panic yet. Good luck though I hope you get them in time for your trip.

I ordered a pair for DD last year, back when the Mary Janes first came out and certain colors were hard to find. After a week the order status still said "processing not yet shipped" so I emailed them and told them to cancel the order. I got a reply saying that they had already shipped, so it couldn't be cancelled. They arrived the next day, by overnight express mail.

So, personally, I wasn't impressed enough with the service to order from them again. But we don't usually need to - Crocs are made in Boulder so most stores here carry them and there are lots of official Crocs kiosks in the malls.

Update

I called customer service this morning. They said the order is still processing. They said it takes 3-5 days to process (place in box, add label) and 3-5 days shipping.

I've never heard of 3-5 days processing but I'm beginning to think their operations might be pretty small. Actually Crocs operations might consist of just one guy! I wrote to them last week and received an email from a guy named Matt S***. I called this morning and guess who answered the phone: Matt S***. He might be the only one there. No wonder it takes 3-5 days to process an order. Poor guy....they should hire more help

He said my shoes should be here by the 16th at the very latest so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. So I decided not to cancel.

Many people have reported that it has taken them a long time when they order from the CROCS website. I ordered ours several weeks ago and I thought they came pretty fast. I hope you get them soon!

We have ordered directly from the croc website many times. It has always been pretty quick(3-5 days) but I have to say last month it took longer. I had my DH call because it had been 10 days. They told him we should be getting them in a day or two and we did. HdnMickeyGrl is right , I think they need more help since they've grown!!

I ordered them from the website on 4/28/07 and we just got or order today, but were missing my disney crocs in the box was a note they were doing inventory and thats why I was able to order an out of stock item. But they gave me a coupon for free shipping to reorder. I never got an email saying they were shipped, i just checked the website.
