I have two VB bags that I use everyday. I will soon have to give them a wash. The tag says this is possible, but has anyone ever really washed one? Do they get misshapen or faded?

I took out the bottom board and threw it in the machine and voila.......a clean bag.......I then shook it out and put it on the back porch and let it air dry......you would never know it was machine washed ...well except it is now clean again......did it to my mil's too ......
We were told by Vera Bradley NOT to use Woolite. It is not friendly to Vera Bradley fabrics and will cause them to wear faster. Use a gentle detergent like Dreft instead.
yup, looked good as new. but DO NOT forget to take out the cardboard liner thing at the bottom. Its covered in fabric so its misleading. But you dont want little mushy cardboard bits floating around in there.
I need to call ask the girl who I bought mine from but I could have sworn she said to a little vingar to the water when you was it. This grl has ever bag etc. that you could possibly want. It is amazing.
VB bags wash really well. If there's a board in the bottom, take it out, and then wash in cold water on the gentle cycle. Definitely don't put it in the dryer - just air dry.
